Fanshawe is a very popular college among Indian students as it comes under the SPP. The college has good brand value and the presence of strong Indian student community will make it easier for you to settle down.
As far as the scope of any course is concerned, you need to remember, getting a job depends on you and your caliber. If you score really high, then it is possible to get a well-paying job. Also, getting a job abroad doesn't depend 100% on your scores, your networking skills matter a lot. So the more active you are, the better are your chances.

Are you happy with your current profile and package? What are your growth chances? Probably, you are the best to answer it. Good MBA costs a lot. Do you have enough finance to support it and the loss of salary otherwise you could have earned?
In my opinion, there is no better alternative but for to take up an MBA course. You can take marketing, international business depending on your area of interest. There are 100s of cases where someone has taken finance or marketing and ended up becoming a writer. Whatsoever you do, do it from the core of your heart.
