The future scope of the digital marketing industry will be determined by ideas and developments that call for the seamless interworking of mediums. It's that simple.
Traditional media isn't going anywhere (though there are some real concerns about the future of print). But, television and radio are safe and thriving. There's no shortage of brands that have advertising dollars earmarked for TV and radio. In the case of the Super Bowl, the price of poker continues to rise.
The future of digital marketing will be rooted in how marketers and platforms create ways for new and traditional media to play together.

Go for Marketing as major and choose Finance or International Business Management as minor. This combination will fetch you good placement opportunities in future, plus will consolidate your position in corporate world as a whole.
Good luck.

Doing a digital marketing course online will not suffice your needs. It is strongly recommended to take a course in a good B-school, so as you may have better job opportunities and in case you wish to have your own start-up, the college have incubation center, which will help you in getting a business start.
You may check:
1. Nirma.
2. Taxila.
3. SP Jain.
All these have digital marketing course and incubation center.

Try to prepare yourself for premium institutes like IIM, ISB, Xavier, SP Jain, Narsee Monjee, IMT, IIFT- New Delhi, IIT, MDI, and FMS. You need to work hard in order to get admission in any of the above-mentioned institutes.
You can pursue MBA or B.Tech from any private university, but to get a placed in a good company is going to be very hard.
Lots of colleges and universities are there in India which claim to have good campus placement, but there is a conditional STAR (hidden from students before admission) about which you get to know after your action and reaction.

Digital Marketing is always a beneficial course to be done. But I would rather suggest to do MBA in Finance as you could easily connect being a Maths student.
