Finance is the best, if you are looking from a job perspective and growth. However, it is also the toughest one. You need to be really good at mathematics to choose finance. Finance never runs out of job openings.
Marketing is good as well. It needs relatively less effort while studying and good job opportunities in the market.
HR is good, but have least jobs as of now. There is lot of competition.

In Finance, if you will placed from campus then no worries, otherwise its complicated to get a job in finance with satisfied salary and growth is also low as compare to marketing employees. You will face high competition because of less vacancies in industries as compare to marketing sector.
Industries prefer CA, CS, ICWA, CFA or other finance professionals for finance job due to which financial growth rate of employees with MBA finance is low.

Both the specializations are in demand. Marketing is one of the key branch in the company. Finance is the necessity of every company, and no company can survive without a finance manager, so again finance is equally important.
So, you can go for any as per your interest area but pursue your MBA from a reputed B-school. I can suggest you some good MBA colleges which have good infrastructure, exposure, and faculty support and placement cell.
1. IIMs.
2. Xavier Institute of Management – Bhubaneswar.
3. SP Jain Institute of Management and Research – Mumbai.
4. UPES – Dehradun.

If you get minimum CAT percentile around 75 - 80 percentile, you will get any IIMs.

It is a good university. The kind of jobs you get after the course totally depends on you, since there is no concept of campus hiring in Canada. You will have to look for a job on your own through your network.
