It all depends upon individual's interest. If you have any experience in either of these streams, then you can pursue Master's degree in the same field.

Both these certifications are entirely different from each other. Now, considering your prior experience of IT sales, I would suggest you to go for SAP as it will be of great help and it will add value to your current standing in organization. Later on, after working as SAP consultant for quite some time, you can go for CRM.

MBA degree is a better option in comparison with SAP. SAP certifications are value added and additional qualifications for any professional. You can opt for SAP certifications after completing MBA to give boost to your career.
