Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology eligibility criteria varies course-wise. Besides qualifying the entrance exam, candidates must also fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. Below is the eligibility criteria for top SVBP University courses:

Applicants are required to appear for the UPCATET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test). Candidates are required to meet the minimum academic qualifications specified for each course. For example, for admission to the B.Tech (Biotechnology) program, candidates must have completed intermediate in agriculture Science or 10+2 with PCB/PCMB with a minimum of 50% marks.
