If you want to study masters you cannot take SAT but you must give the GRE. Again not all countries require GRE. SAT is taken to study bachelor degree programs particularly in USA. Hope it helps.

Hello, there is no eligibility for SAT. Students are normally in the age group of 17 to 18 as the test is taken by high school students. Your preparation will.depend on your own level of competencies, prepare a study chart, take practice tests or mock tests regularly, online materials are also available please keep referring to those and if required take an additional coaching class. Keep reading a lot of English novels and news and learn new words, this will help in the verbal section.Practice is the key.

You should visit the website of isro if any such project is sponsored for students you can apply for it. You should take advice from your supervisor or head of the department. Many projects are only offered to the faculties and than after you can work on that project. Institute of engeers India and other may societies also offer project to the m.tech student but through the guide or supervisor.

The SAT exam is for admission into UG colleges abroad for technical courses like engineering.
The GMAT exam is for Management courses abroad, PG in Management.

SAT is not mandatory. But if your grades are average it is recommended you take SAT as universities in Canada are very competitive.
