Admissions to this college are based on the common entrance test conducted by uttar Pradesh government called UPSEE. Presently almost all students are desirous of getting admission for graduation in computer sciences or IT. In view of this I would advise you to prepare well since admissions will be based on your performance in the common entrance test and not on the aggregate that you are scored for 12th in CBSE board. I feel that you should appear in top 20 percentile for possible short at the admission in your desired branch. Best wishes to you.

Both exams are different in the following ways:
More competition in KCET, compared to COMEDK.
Tough COMEDK, easier to get a good rank, wherea

IGNOU offers MSc (Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science) (MACS) course and the eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility criteria : Graduates from a recognised University/Institution with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. If the seats at the centre remain vacant then: Graduates with BA./BSc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. So from above B.Tech Computer Science students are not eligible for this program.
