For this, you need to appear for CSIR UGC NET exam in chemical sciences which will help you to pursue research more effectively. Hi, Actuarial Science is a very challenging course. I would recommend it, if you are extremely numerate and proficient in mathematics and statistics and you enjoy it a lot. If so, you should definitely give the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET). It is held twice a year, usually in June and December. It will give you a feel for what lies ahead in the future. The test also acts as a filter for the institute. If you find this exam anything but a breeze, you can expect that the papers ahead will be much more difficult, and you should reconsider your prospects. Every course have their own scope and importance in education. Nowadays, a huge crowd is going towards the similar and common course, so career opportunities are less. The course like environmental Science have a great scope as well as the opportunities in India and I foreign also. This will have great demand is government sector too. EX - coal sector, forestry, wild life conservation, medication department etc.

B.Sc in n computer science doesn't have much scope as it is more of a theoretical study so B.Tech in CS is recommended over B.Sc in CS.
