I understand that you are asking about studying law after class 12th Science. If you have decided to do law prior graduating you should take admission in BALLB/BBALLB, it is a five year course and by doing integrated course you will save one precious year. If you want to become professional then BA LLB would be better option and if you want campus placement then choose BBA LLB. It has more scope incorporates. if you want admission in any honours course it is to be done on the basis of marks in 12 th class. Every college has different cutoff for different programme.
