The exam conducting authority has clearly mentioned in the official broucher that "Open & Distance Education" will be considered for educational qualification eligibility criteria of UPCATET. 

Applicants who have completed their education as full time course will be eligible to fill the form and apply online. Only those students are required to fill the application form who fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities.

The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Gorakhpur Cut-Off is the minimum mark prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses. The Cutoff will be based on various parameters like the number of applying candidates, total seats, and last year’s admission record. A merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores.

After doing UPCATET registeration, applicants need to pay the application fees also. The fees need to be paid in online mode. 

Candidates can pay the application fee through Netbanking, Credit Card, or Debit Card mode only. There is no provision to accept Demand Draft (DD) for submitting the application fees. 

After paying the application fee, students need to save the details by taking picture or screenshot for future reference. As some times due to server issue, the fee submission response is not recorded, so by sending a proof applicants can clarify from their side.
