The placement rate at West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences (WBUAFS) is quite high, with almost 100% of students getting placed. The highest salary package offered is above 5 LPA, and the lowest is around 1.80 LPA.

Every Year passouts either get government job if WBPSC has released vacancies for VO or they get into companies, start veterinary clinics, or apply to a vet clinic for job. Many of the students after graduation opt for post graduate and further do Ph.D. and establish themselves as professors or scientist in reputed institutions

No, qualifying for the CG PAT exam alone will likely not be enough to secure admission in any agricultural college across India. The CG PAT exam is specifically designed for admission into B.Sc. Agriculture and B.Sc. Horticulture programs are offered by colleges affiliated to Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (IGKV), Raipur in the state of Chhattisgarh.

If you're looking for admission to agricultural colleges in other states of India, you'll need to appear for their specific entrance exams. Each state or university might have its entrance exam for agricultural programs.
