After completing a BTech from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), you may be able to :
  • Work in the Aerospace Engineering Industry
  • Work on important and advanced projects at ISRO
  • Get a job at ISRO
  • Go for higher studies
  • Get jobs in the private sector
In 2022, 78 B.Tech students from IIST were qualified for ISRO absorption. Students who scored a CGPA of 7.5 or above were directly absorbed into different ISRO centers. In addition,  18 B.Tech students received non-ISRO placements.
