Since you're weak in Physics, CSE at IIIT Bhubaneswar is the best choice—good placements, manageable Physics, and better infrastructure. NIT Mizoram is remote, and ECE at IIIT Jabalpur requires more Physics.

With a KCET rank of 52,000 for BE Computer Science & Engineering, getting into top Karnataka colleges (like RVCE, PES, BMSCE, MSRIT) is highly unlikely, as these usually require ranks within top 1,000–3,000.
You can consider:
Lower-tier NITs/Private colleges in Karnataka
State colleges with available CSE seats in later counselling rounds
Other branches like ECE, IT, or Mechanical as backup.
