The university offers 27 undergraduate, 68 graduate, 2 doctoral, 24 postgraduate diploma, and 15 certificate programs. Admission to PG, PG Diploma, and five-year Integrated degrees is determined by the Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (CPGET), which is administered by Osmania University.
In addition to CPGET, the college also takes GATE, TSICET, CMAT, Andhra Pradesh ECET, and TS EAMCET for admission to a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. It provides admission to the courses of BA, BSc, and BBA based on merit.

As per the notification released by RUHS Jaipur, no candidate will be admitted to BSc Nursing course at any stage/level without appearing in this entrance examination in the RUHS affiliated institutes.

The total tuition fee for MSc courses at Amrita Center for Allied Health Sciences ranges between INR 1 Lacs and INR 3 lakh. This fee, however, is obtained from unofficial sources. Hence, is indicative. As per the official website, however, the total fee for non-scholarship category students ranges from INR 1.6 Lacs and INR 6 Lacs for different MSc specialisations. Amrita Center for Allied Health Sciences offers a two-year E-MPH course. However, an extension can be given up to one year for the course completion. A total of 30 seats are available for this course. Interested candidates can check the eligibility criteria and selection below:

The Amrita Entrance Test for admission to the BSc course has objective-type questions. Each Multiple Choice Question consists of four options, labelled A, B, C and D. Only one option is correct. For each correct answer, three marks are awarded and one mark is deducted for every wrong answer. A total of 100 questions are available. More details are as follows:
