Appearance and securing good rank in CUET UG is mandatory requirement for getting admission in integrated programs of CUJ. So you can't get direct admission here.

I think it's okay, not too good, not too bad because they don't teach you in the field like CSE. Newer subjects are added constantly. The college is very very strict in 80% criteria. You can't do anything for the attendanece criteria, you have to follow it. You have to follow your own path, please don't rely on the college that they will teach you, study yourself.

CUET and Xavier some differences. CUET is given by more people so competition for CUET is more difficult but the level of questions in some XAT question may be slightly difficult than CUET.
