No, Science stream is not important to get admission into the BSc course at FIEM; students of humanities, commerce and Science are equally eligible for taking admission. The college offers two specialisations in the BSc course, Media Science and Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Thus, the requirement of Science background is not necessary to pursue these specialisations.

The eligibility requirement for admission to the BSc in Media Science course at FIEM is almost similar to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course. Applicants are first required to complete their Class 12 from a recognised board of education and must have studied English as one of the main subjects in Higher Senior Secondary. Additionally, candidates must have secured valid scores in the MAKAUT CET.

If you missed the CUET application window, there's unfortunately no official way to submit the form after the deadline—unless the National Testing Agency (NTA) announces a correction/reopening window.

Kurukshetra University (KUK) requires a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in Class 12 for admission to its B.Sc programs, so with 57% in CBSE, you are eligible to apply. However, the actual cutoffs for popular and specialised B.Sc courses at KUK are much higher. For example, in 2024, the cutoff for B.Sc in Multimedia was 90.4% and for B.Sc in Printing and Packaging Technology it was 85.2%. This means that while you can apply, admission to high-demand specializations at the main campus will be difficult with your marks. You may still have chances in less competitive B.Sc programs or through KUK-affiliated colleges, where the cutoffs are of
