Yes, you can get admission to a Commerce course even if you have cleared your 12th Science exam and failed only in Math. Most colleges offering B.Com or other Commerce programs do not require Mathematics as a compulsory subject; however, some may prefer it.

Yes, you can join BA Economics at Delhi University even without Maths in Class 12. It will limit your option. Some colleges of the DU may offer this programme without the requirement of Mathematics.
