School of Food Technology JNTU, Kakinada popular programmes are BTech and MTech. The Engineering department has a unique distinction of having a Centre for Research and Development with Pilot-scale level plant & machinery, Food Quality Testing Laboratory, Food Processing, and a Training Centre. This is there to give hands-on training in plant operations & product manufacture.

As per the past information available, the total seat intake for the BTech course at School of Food Technology JNTU, Kakinada is 25. This seat intake may have increased this year, hence keep visiting the official website for updated information.
