If you are interested in agricultural science, research, sustainable farming, or agribusiness, an M.Sc. in Agriculture is a great option. At Lovely Professional University (LPU), students study Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Soil Science, Horticulture, and Agricultural Economics. The programme includes hands-on and research-focused experiences.

With an M.Sc. in Agriculture, you can find opportunities in research organizations, agribusiness companies, government departments, seed and fertilizer industries, and education. This degree also prepares you to pursue a PhD or focus on specialised research in agriculture or related fields.

Yes, being a private institution, the MS admissions here are both easier and more flexible compared to the highly competitive and state-funded public university in Germany

The reasons for it being easier are given below -

  • A public university in Germany would require a very good GPA while BSBI is more relaxed with it
  • No APS Certificate delays as for a private institution like BSBI, they have a faster registration process
  • BSBI requires an IELTS score of only 6.0 overall, while public ones ask for a band score of 6.5 or higher
