The Seat Acceptance Fee is to be paid only after an offer of admission has been made to the candidate. The SAF will have to be paid as per the category entered by the candidate in the application.
- INR 35,000(INR 25,000 + INR 10,000, Non-refundable administrative fee) for General, EWS, OBC, OBC-NCL, PwD, KM/Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) categories.
- INR 17,500 (INR12,500 + INR 5,000 (Non-refundable administrative fee) for SC/ST categories.
- Failure to deposit the SAF within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the order. Furthermore, you will not be considered in any subsequent rounds of seat allotm

- The candidate can withdraw his/her seat by selecting the option “WITHDRAW SEAT” in the application portal. No other form/method of withdrawal is accepted.

- For withdrawals before round-wise deadline, entire SAF will be refunded in full.
- For withdrawals after round-wise deadline but before final withdrawal date INR 10,000.00 (INR. 5,000.00 for SC/ST) will be deducted. Rest of the SAF will be refunded.

No, candidates are selected based on the entrance exam as per respective courses. For the MBA course, students are selected based on ICET ranks, for MTech, students are selected based on GATE, and Andhra Pradesh PGECET and for the BTech course, candidates are selected based on EAMCET/ECET ranks (for BTech Lateral Entry).

Candidates who wish to pursue BArch need to prepare for Mathematics to attempt the questions in the Numerical/ Mathematical section of BArch entrance examinations.
Though the BArch graduate programme does not consist of a lot of Mathematics subjects, the Entrance syllabus consists of the following topics:
- Algebra
- Trigonometry

Candidates are not allowed for direct admission at KKR and KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS Guntur). For MBA course admission, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college Aspirants should have a bachelor's degree. The admission criteria for the course are based on ICET Rank.
