In addition to the syllabus, the IAT 2024 exam pattern has been made available to all applicants by the authorities. The test is administered for three hours and consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There are four areas of the test: arithmetic, physics, chemistry, and biology. The IAT is administered as a computer-based exam in locations all around India. The 60 questions on the IAT are divided into 15 questions each from the subjects of physics, math, chemistry, and biology. 180 minutes are allotted for answering the test. During their Class XII (or equivalent) test, candidates must have taken at least three subjects from the following categories: physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology. Candidates who identify as SC, ST, or PwD must receive at least 55% of the possible points overall or a grade that is comparable in their class.

The computer-based IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) is an entrance exam for the several undergraduate programs provided by the seven IISERs, IISc Bangalore, and IIT Madras. Admission to seven IISERs, IISc, and IIT Madras undergraduate scientific programs (BS).Every admission is processed centrally. All applicants will take the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) in 2024, and IISERs admit students via a unified application process. All IISERs accept a single application form that is submitted via the application portal. During their Class XII (or equivalent) test, candidates must have taken at least three subjects from the following categories: physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology. Candidates who identify as SC, ST, or PwD must receive at least 55% of the possible points overall or a grade that is comparable in their class.

The NEST exam has a differentiating marking system. Every MCQ will have a negative score for every incorrect response and 2.5 marks for each correct answer. MSQs will be graded four times, with no deduction for incorrect answers. There will be 200 marks available for the 68 questions in total. For eligibility, a minimum of 60% overall (or an equivalent grade) must be obtained in the Class XII test. The minimal qualification is lowered to 55% for candidates who fall into the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Divyangjan groups.Biology and mathematics are not required for the NEST exam. You can attempt any three of the four portions that you like, or you can specialize in PCB or PCM.

Candidates must study using the JEST exam's prior year's question paper in order to be eligible for the test. Students can learn about the topics that will be covered in the exam and the general patterns of the questions by looking over the previous year's questions. JEST preparation advice includes studying the previous year's question paper and being aware of the syllabus, best books, exam pattern, marking scheme, and cutoff from the previous year. Given that the JEST exam format was altered the previous year, it might remain the same or alter this year. The exam had fifty questions in total last year, and the total marks awarded were 300.

For the Physics subject, the Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) 2024 results have been released by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). Candidates can go to jest2024.cbtexam.in, the official website, to download the JEST 2024 result. On March 3, 2024, the JEST 2024 exam was administered.The JEST cutoff score for the PhD test is 36, but it is 30.33 for the International PhD. The final JEST answer key was made available by the previous exam conducting body on March 18, 2024. Candidates can estimate the expected JEST cutoff marks and compute their marks using the answer key.As per the current JEST 2024 exam pattern, 3 marks will be given for each correct answer in Section A and 9 marks for each accurate answer in Section B.
