There are very few choices after completing Masters or Post-Graduation as you are nearing the end of your career in education. Some of the choices are as follows:
1) M.Phil, which branches out to hundreds of branches and courses.
2) PhD: Students studying their PhD have options of joining the teaching line, and going on to become highly paid professors in the specialisation of their choice.

Most universities offer MS courses which are completed within 2 years. However, I have shared a link with you, and you can check on your own if there are any MS courses which are of 3 years duration. You may be able to get an extension for your MS course up to 3 years in select universities.

Eligibility criteria for B.Sc computer science in India is as follows:
1) 50% marks in HSC examination from a recognized education board with science stream can apply for B.Sc. courses.
2) Normally, 50% marks are required but this number may vary from institute to institute and from state to state. Few colleges conduct their own entrance exams as well.

- The candidates should complete their B.Sc. degree under any registered University with Fashion Designing subjects with 50% or above marks.

Yes, you can take admission on the basis of class 12th. But IIFT is not a recognised institution and they don't have such good faculty for fashion education. The fee structure is already on their website.
