There are total 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced and these are applicable for the consecutive years only.
So, if you would complete your 12th board exam in the year of appearing JEE or have completed in the previous year then you are eligible for JEE.

Yes, you can pursue MBA without any of the subjects that you have mentioned above. But be cautious. If you want to be MBA the surely you will need to crunch data and some form of analytics is indeed required. HR, Marketing, etc are some of the fields.

Private Universities or colleges are always worried about their results and name. Hence they normally have higher eligibility criteria for admission. But then unless they fill up seats fully and their finances will tumble. Hence, they do admit students under management quota. You may seek admission under this quota.
