Tell her to go for a Diploma or degree in mass communication but many news channels don't want any qualifications. If she has got good looks, excellent memory and fluency surely she can reach her goal.

MBBS is a good option as it's a multidisciplinary subject where you can pursue biotechnology in post graduate studies while having a full idea to apply where you desire at par with many years of biotechnology students itself.

I believe it is a matter of publisher's concern. Moreover, the reprints don't change the book or text. also there are some blog sites offering e-book, you may refer them.

1)The first and the foremost, you need to fill an online application for Delhi University mentioning all the courses that you wish to seek admission in. Though you can also go for offline application, but it will be convenient to fill it online. You will also be required to fill your class 12 board marks subject wise.
2)Next, wait for the cut-off lists.
3)For the B.Sc courses, the cutoffs are to be calculated as
For Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, etc your cutoffs are calculated as per your percentage in PCM
For Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics, cutoffs are calculated as the aggregate of marks in mat

Actually after graduation admission in various programmes /courses depends on percentage and grades. But most important is individuals interest. If you ask me personally, as you are a PCM student, I will advise you to go for Masters programs / research in physics/chemistry or mathematics from a good University/ College. In India we have a huge demand of academicians /teachers. More over future of teachers is very bright in India.
