Hi Simranjot,
If you meet admission requirements you can definitely study. Different universities have different requirements. If you are from a medical stream you must apply for a related program. Usually Canadian universities are very competitive. Around 75% is required by most of them. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency.
