You still have your graduation to complete. After that, take the GATE exam in case you take up engineering. Otherwise, you have the ICS (Indian Civil Service) exam. There are openings through Government colleges too, and there's the exam for recruitment in railways.

The eligibility for M.Sc forensic science us as below
A B.Sc. Degree from any recognised university with at least 50% marks in the aggregate. The candidate must have studied for at least 2 year (4 Semester) of 3 years degree course any 2 subjects out of (a) Physics (b) Chemistry (c) Biology/Zoology/Genetics/Bio technology/ Physical Anthropology
It clearly doesn't state nursing in it. So, your eligibility can become only if you have studied the above mentioned any 2 subjects in nursing for 4 semesters.

IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee are old and best institutes but as per the present rankings IIT Delhi holds a good position and it provides better placements.

In today's world, all we want is a high placement from a college. So, prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will be in 99-100 you may get call from IIM. So, go for it.
