No, but few deemed universities are offering food technology courses. Few are there in Andhra Pradesh like JNTU, Kakinda is one among them offering food technology with placements and another college in Longowal University with internship program for two and half years course along with campus placements.

Hi Sushma,
Both biotechnology and allied health sciences are different programs and so cannot be compared. Please research more on the programs and branches and also the career roles. Check resources like Wikipedia for details. While allied health professions are healthcare professions who may be dental hygienists, sonographers, dietitians, medical technologists, etc. Biotechnology deals with cellular and biomolecular processes and related technologies. Which course you should pursue is something you must know or figure out based on your career interests and aptitude.

It is always good to study in JNTU University in Kakinada as compared to commercial colleges where you will find better opportunities in studies and campus placements.

If you are really poor in maths then it's my suggestion to go for foundation. It would help you to push your ability to do maths well because of personal caring in foundations.
