It doesn't make any effect for doing CA CPT, you just need to complete your 12th. While studying for CPT ,you should clear all the subjects with more than 40% including maths and your aggregate should be more than 100 out of 200 for doing CPT. You are supposed to be good in maths, study well, you can do it.

You must have a great knowledge of computer programming pattern. So, you may go after CS.

Yes, if you pass in +2 then you can change to arts.
(I wrote 'if' because if one fails, he will first have to complete +2 with arts stream, then he may proceed).

If you want to become a doctor, the best option is MBBS. Other then this, you may go after the following:
Radiology
Pharmacy
Physiotherapy
B.Sc (all subjects)
Applied medical science, etc.
