Hello Piyush,
Ambedkar University Delhi, located at Lothian Road near Old Delhi railway station, Kashmere GATE.
Indira Gandhi National Open University located at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi but IGNOU provides distance learning.
Jamia Milia Islamia University located at Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.
These are good government college.

B.Sc grads with Maths have options of higher education such as M.Sc, MCA, M.Sc CS/IT, MBA, MA Mass Communication, Masters in Social Works, BEd PG Diploma to specialise etc. You can choose any based on your interests to excel in professional career.
You can also seek job in organisations such as Government, Banks, PSU, Private, Defence, Schools, Paramilitary forces etc where eligibility criteria is graduation degree.

Hi,
That depends on your career goal. If you are focuses that you want to go into research and technology than choose dual degree otherwise choose B.Tech Biotechnology and choose the next level of education in last year of graduation according to your caliber and interest.
