Your overall profile excluding your GPA seems quite good. Very strong LORs from your professors and a very strong SOP will be very crucial in your selection process. Universities evaluate a candidate's profile holistically and there is no single factor.Show your uniqueness and stress on why you should be considered. Do well.

Hi Basanta,
The question to your answer will depend on what you want to study and admission requirements of the universities. Every program and University have their standard set of admission requirements. How you join a good college is by meeting these criterion. Take the GRE to study in US. Not required in Australia. Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirement. Check https://studyabroad.shiksha.com for university options, budget, requirements etc. Remember your SOP and LORS will.also matter.
