Hello Umar,
Yes, you can easily get admission in B.Sc course in any college of your choice but you just need an affidavit in which you will have to mention the reason for gap of around 4 years which you have taken in your studies. You will need to submit this affidavit in the college along with all other documents. You can easily get an affidavit outside the court.

Hi,
It depends on your interest, ability and personal traits as each course you mentioned have a different career path. With food processing technology, you may work more indoor in labs and might not require to interact more with people whereas geology or environmental sciences will require a strong hand in geography and other related parameters like to be able to gather information from local people etc. On the basis of career prospects, you may choose food technology.

You would require extensive work experience prior an MBA program. Some universities offer double degree in MBA and Health sciences rather than an MBA in health sciences. Check Queen's University MBA + M.Sc Health Sciences, McGill University - Joint Program in Medicine & Management (MD/MBA) and University of Calgary - (Social Work) MSW/MBA Combined Degree Program. Advice you not to keep options limited only to Toronto.
