National Institute of Technology Surathkal and National Institute of Technology Rourkela are the two prominent colleges for MSc admissions. Both colleges accept IIT JAM scores, followed by CCMN counselling for MSc admission. NIT Surathkal CCMN cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1, wherein the closing rank for MSc in Physics was 920 for the General AI quota. Similarly, for NIT Rourkela, the cutoff rank stood at 755.

MVCC (Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College) in Rahara is not under CUET (Central Universities Entrance Test). It is an undergraduate college affiliated with the University of Calcutta. CUET is typically used for admissions into central universities and some other institutions, but RMVCC follows the admission procedures set by its affiliating university

RKMVCC admissions are based on the entrance exam conducted by the college itself. The academic record of the candidates is considered for issuing the final merit list.

The main distinction between the two programmes is that applicants for the BSc programme must have completed Class 12 in the Science stream, whilst applicants for the Economics, programme must have completed Class 12 in any stream. Apart from that, both have fantastic potential.

Depending on your educational background and job goals, you can choose between the two. They both deal with fundamental aspects of hotel administration. Food Production, Front Desk Management, Hotel Accounting and Economics, Accommodations, Human Resources, etc. are all included in the hotel management courses.
