M.Sc CS or M.Sc IT is the best option than ethical hacking course because in M.Sc CS/ IT, you can learn beyond ethical hacking like system analysis, computing, network topology, etc. So, you can go for M.Sc CS or M.Sc IT.

Biotech is very niche field and has very specific jobs with decent salary. B.Sc is decent but doesn't pay high salaries. B.Tech is highly technical into engineering and offers streams like mechanical, IT, Electronic and telecommunication, Metallurgy, Civil, etc. with high salaries if done from top colleges.

If you compare B.Tech and B.Sc. in agriculture, definitely B.Tech in agriculture has lot more scope than B.Sc. as in B.Tech you will be going through lots of practical exposure and in B.Sc. you will be given lots of theory which you have to apply on the field, so it is better to learn through practice rather than to learn by theory.
