If you are already a post graduate, I would suggest you to go for a job for sometime to understand how the job market works so that after a year or so you are able to decipher your higher study specialization. This will also help you in choosing an area of research for your p.hd as you will have first hand experience.

Few universities do have criteria for maths like DU but not all so you may check with the respective university where you wish to apply.

Yes the university does offer BE(business economics) but it does not have any course for b.sc in computer science but it does offer BCA course.
