Yes definitely you can apply for abroad universities if you are eligible for that. Also if you face any problem in getting visa directly you can enroll for international programs offered by Indian universities in which you will complete your degree in a foreign partner university. As of now there is no need to give JEE exam for bsc- animation programme. And you can pursue this field from any stream whether its science , commerce or arts.
and for the admission process you need to contact to particular university or college in which you want to apply for bsc-animation after your class 12th exam.
