Dear Karthick,
There is no prior experience or knowledge required in the domain you want to specialize in. You can specialize in Finance despite of your education background.
Plus, your academic background and specialization does not play a role in your admission process.
All the Best!

Hey Angeline,
BCA will be a better option for you as it offers more opportunities than B.Sc IT. Also BCA gives you better knowledge of computer languages and latest technologies that B.Sc IT which is more required at the time placements or company hiring. Moreover BCA-MCA is considered to be a good option as per scope after your degree. Also you should select a good university for your degree to be fruitful afterwards. Giving a few suggestions -

Hey Rajesh,
It completely depends on your future plans that in which field you want to make your career. However a general suggestion would be to go with the biotechnology branch instead of agriculture. As your marks are already good, you may be eligible for good amount of scholarship. You can check out for the universities offering master in biotechnology on https://www.shiksha.com.
