Incoming undergraduate and currently enrolled students can choose to reside in the following residencies: Bellarmine Hall, Campion Hall, Chardin Hall, Xavier Global Hall.

For upper division undergraduate as well as graduate, Seattly University offers a variety of apartments, such as Murphy apartments, Kolvenbach Community, The Yobi, The Douglas and Vi Hilbert Hall.
