Initially, undergraduate courses began and then post graduate as well as research has also begun leading to awards of PhD. Brand IIT is all pervasive. Guwahati being industrial leader of North Eastern states also helps. Students are placed in internships also with different industries in India and abroad also. Placements are the heart and soul of any education institute of repute and IIT G is no exception. All students who register are placed without fail every year.

Lingaya's is an old name now as there have been there as a university for a long time as well. There Management institution has carried a good legacy of placement and we should give a considerate thought to them when it comes to placements from Lingaya's.
BJMC- the Bachelor degree offered by their management institute carries the same limitation that I mentioned in some other answers saying that merely a BJMC at a college will not enable quick placements. A typical cycle of an interior designer involves many processes. Firstly, the interior designer meets with the clients and discusses the needs of the client, the budget and time available to complete the project. If you have only these two options to pursue Masters in journalism and Mass Communication course then I would like to vote for Institute of Management Studies, Noida because today, employer seems to be very interested in those candidates who are stone with the graduation from the regular mode. This makes me also to say that getting admission in an open university will not going to help you in long run.
Hence doing regular course from IMS is good. Doing MJMC course from IMS Noida (affiliated to Chaudhry Charan Singh University Meerut) helps you to get wider chance to vet placed at the very good profile in a very good company.
