1)B.Tech is usually a 4-year course (some courses are of 5-years duration) and B.Arch is a 5-years course.

Answer by assuming that the person is having some substantial education like graduation or something which makes him or her a literate person. I shall not recommend the observation that even an illiterate person can become an VJ.
