D.Ed (Diploma in Education) course is for the students who have completed their class 12th with at least 50% marks. In this course candidates learn about the basic of education system, school and workshop based activities. By doing this course candidates can get job in elementary schools.
Doing Masters course in Education increases the value of the degree. The candidate is eligible for CBSE UGC NET exam and after clearing this exam they can get jobs in reputed colleges of India and top 6% candidates of this exam will get chances for research and for assistant professor. By doing nursery teacher training candidates can get jobs in schools for teaching small children. They get jobs either in government schools or private schools and salary also depends upon these schools. If the candidate is not getting a job then they can do PG to get a job easily. So after completing NTT course if you are unhappy with your job then you can proceed with a PG course.
Candidates can also do this course without discontinuing their jobs through distance learning.

Yes, there are few colleges in India offering Bachelors in Education program for physical, visually and hearing impaired student. These students are treated differently than normal students.

Special Education teachers work quite differently from normal teachers. Special Education teachers give education to the students with mild or moderate disabilities and this becomes a responsibility for teachers to stand them on their own. They have to take care of each student personally and they try to find the field in which they are interested. They try to communicate with them so that they can know the feelings of these students. These students are not treated as normal students.

Yes, you can definitely take admission in philosophy if you are not from arts stream. In fact, you can take admission in any humanities subject even if you didn't have arts in 12th.
