Well NLU Odisha is a specialized NLU meant only for legal education while VIT, Chennai offers other courses as well thus the difference is made.
Apart from this NLU Odisha has certain advantages owing to its NLU tag and thus has better academics and better standards in terms of LLB than VIT.
The infrastructure is good including playgrounds and other sports facilities and it also hosts a number of co-curricular activities including music debates etc. The infrastructure thus is satisfactory and caters to every need.
Placements for students seem to be satisfactory as tier 2 and tier 3 law firms do recruit here and also you have other job prospects which you might prefer and being an NLUite you shall get preference over a VIT student any day.
The faculties at NLU Odisha are experienced and are specialized in their subjects of law and also there are no deviations when it comes to studies as UGC and Bar council regulates the academics at NLUs and thus there is no scope for carelessness.

Hi, well NALSAR must be the preference anyways as it is the top most NLU in India and it needs no recognition as such. NALSAR has been one of the oldest NLUs and thus is a pioneer in the field of legal education. The infrastructure at NALSAR is good and you have facilities ranging from sports to music to moot courts to debates to MUNs etc. You have specialized committees for every activity.
Also, the faculties at NALSAR are much experienced and have a name in their own fields and their efficiency is thus beyond doubt.
Also, it is an NLU at the top level the placements are the best here as all the top law firms including CAM, SAM, TRILEGAL etc are the top recruiters here.
The moot court's achievements are phenomenal and also it does host a national moot.
Apart from all these the academics at NALSAR are a bit rigorous but that stands justified owing to future it paves for students.
So I would advise preferring NALSAR over Kerala Law Academy as it is beyond comparison.

TISS BAT is an exam organized by Tata Institute for giving admission in three campuses for social science course. So scoring good marks in the exam is really important.
Here are few important mistakes students do during preparation of TISS BAT exam:
1. This exam contains two parts and scoring marks more than cutoff in the exam is important so students have to focus on the both parts equally.

Well, you need not think much when you get to chose between an NLU and other institutes.
NLU Odisha is one of its kind and known for its moot court achievements and the faculties everywhere. The students have also been witness to this. The NLU has been growing over time and by now it has earned a good reputation and is preferred by many students while they fill up their CLAT preferences.
Also, NLU Odisha has some very good faculties and are much experienced. The infrastructure is decent and worth chasing.
Placements are good as tier 2 and tier 3 law firms do recruit here.
Also, it has an NLU tag which one looks for and thus must be preferred over Kerala Law Academy.
Also, it has every other advantage and facility that any NLU has to offer.
Though a comparatively newer NLU but is still better than other institutes including Kerala Law Academy.

Sociology is the subject in which students study about society and its diversity, culture, religious belief, language and many more related to society issues. This is not so much tough subject which requires background of arts stream. One can go for Undergraduate course after 12th from any stream. There is no specific need of stream and if students from other stream goes into this then no big problem is faced by them in their course time and if students take this subject sincerely then he or she can score good marks in civil services exams also.

Asian Law College, Noida does not offer LLM.
According to their official website, there are only two courses that they offer that is BALLB and LLB and I have checked their website right now.
Even if they offer LLM you should prefer Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University because the fee is very nominal in Ambedkar Law College.
Secondly, you have variety of courses for LLM there and you can choose whatever you want.
There are nine departments. Yes, that's correct- nine departments such as department of business law, department of criminal law, administrative law, environmental law, constitutional law and a lot more.
Tamil Nadu's Ambedkar Law University is a lot more famous than Asian Law College.
They publish a quarterly newsletter where you can be a writer as well.
They have a very good library also that has more than 30000 books and more than 7000 total journals including online and offline.
But, you might get good infrastructure in Asian Law College but overall Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University is better.

Archaeology evokes a totally different sense when one hears of it. The diggings, the finds, the discoveries, the whole vibrancy of the mission are the things that fill up the life a true blue archaeologist. I feel that some courses of other subjects, though related, will go a long way in honing the skills. Studies of numismatics, study of museology, management are all required to improve career prospects. All these subjects inject the right amount of perspective and knowledge in repertoire of archaeologist. For attaining expertise all related subjects and topics surely needs to be studied. If it can be done during the graduation of main subject then it's all the better. Lot of time would be saved.
Thus to conclude, I would say that study of related subjects if possible during graduation is definite way of improving career prospects.

Foreign Language: It has its own aura and fascination. It evokes awe. But for those into this, it's hard grind. Particularly the talking practice, listening practice are quite tough. Of course these days U-tube helps in polishing these skills but then nothing can compare live practice.It's a good to think of doing some course related to the history or culture or politics of the country of that language. It's great asset while teaching or while involved in translating activity. Perspective is a great leveler. If we have this then the balance of rationality kicks in and one starts having empathy for the language. Even a trip to all parts of the country of that language can teach many things. All round perspective and knowledge of the language as well as country of language needs to be learnt simultaneously while learning the language.
