Well, the university doesn't have much reputation in terms of placements as such. Also, the 5 year integrated course has been recently introduced in last 3-4 years and still the first batch has to pass out.
The claims as to placements in campus are not really true as none of the recruiters are available as of now for the Law course and not a single student has been placed yet to the best of my knowledge .
Also, you have opportunities which any graduate would have after completing his or her graduation.
Also, a traditional university doesn't have much to offer as such.
You may rather prefer a specialized institute in law for better placements and career prospects.
You will have to be on your own in terms of placements after completing graduation and then you may option for anything you like including litigation, judiciary or UPSC.
Also, you may option for legal jobs at banks or firms which depends on your C.V.
The better it would be the better offers you could get.

The students in this college are highly competitive in nature. And, so get placed easily in the area of their interest.
The College has a well-established Placement Cell and appointed a placement officer who shall take care of all the placements. Till now many students have been placed in various firms such as law firms, LPOs, BPOs and Senior High Court Advocates Offices. Top most law firms like Thomson Reuters, Infosys are the top recruiters in here.
Students have also went on to apply individually and got their desired workplace.

Psychiatrists are doctors who graduate from medical school, they have a year of medical internship, and have 3 years of residency in the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders.
Psychologists have a doctoral degree in an area of psychology, the study of the mind and human behavior. They are not medical doctors. A psychologist can have a PhD in philosophy or a PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology. They do 1-2 years of internship. Unlike psychiatrists, psychologists are also trained in giving psychological tests such as IQ tests or personality tests. Psychiatrists can prescribe medication but psychologist can't.
Both the fields may look alike but are very different from each other and you should pursue a course according to your area of interest.

To answer your question, both the courses aims to prepare teachers for the elementary stage of education, I.e. classes I to VIII. The aim of elementary education is to fulfill the basic learning needs of all children in an inclusive school environment bridging social and gender gaps with the active participation of the community.
Technically, there is no difference except the course name.
Both courses are designed for Elementary Teacher Training I.e. Upper Primary (Class VI to VIII).
Students may join D.Ed or D.El.Ed course after class 12th (Senior Secondary).
Important Points to remember: Both course should be 2 year Duration, the college/institute should approved by NCTE.
If you qualified D.Ed or D.El.Ed after 10th+2 you can apply in TET Exam (Paper I) I.e. for Primary Stage teachers.
If you have 10+2+3 and D.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, you can apply TET Exam (Paper I and Paper II both).

However, one can take the following steps that may work in favour of establishing your career as a lawyer in the field of Corporate law.
When you get admission in law school if given a choice, option for BBA LLB to get a brief idea of companies and their management. During your time at law school, make sure you focus on Contract Law and Companies Law, as they form the basis of corporate law, to get a theoretical understanding of what the field is all about and what all it will encompass.
Try and choose internships and apprenticeships under a reputed firm dealing in Corporate law in order to build a good CV and also to gain a practical knowledge of the field that you are interested in.
After law school, try and focus your energies on getting a job with any firm reputed for their corporate law.
You could enroll in a diploma/certificate course in Business/Corporate law to boost your CV.
An LLM in Corporate Law from a reputed international institution may be a good idea, but LLM, in terms of job prospects, does not really boost your chances.

Teacher is a personality which is highly respective after father and mother in India but due to our weak management many candidate does not want to join this field by their wish they choose this filed when they see that all the other field is closed for them.
Our teacher get less paid salary job is the first reason that they didn't want to came in this field just think One Ph.d candidate are getting 50k per month salary then how this person get motivation who has study more than 35 year and still he or she is getting the job of 50k.
Second is freedom Teacher are tied from different rule by government or by institution in which they are teaching so this make demotivated that they are not free to teach in their own way.
So In India due to less salary, no freedom, more work time even they work on holiday and these teacher are not allowed to teach in outside the campus as tuition bring their motivation down. Less salary and more rule make Teaching not as profession but as a choice.
When our education management system of India change then candidate take teaching as a default career option.

Bachelor in elementary education is one of the best courses for candidates who want to make career in teaching field. In this course they learn how to teach elementary school students, they get detailed information about the education system and all information related to this.
Bachelors in this course is quite enough for getting a good job in teaching field with good salary and after completing CTET they get paid heavily. But still if any candidate wants to join teaching in college then Masters and M.Ed courses are good options for them.
