Hey there,

Labour and employment law is offered as mandatory course in NLUs and Non-NLUs. It is difficult to decide the best colleges yet I will recommend colleges which have much better faculty and course designed for Iabour law.

NALSAR- Hyderabad, WBNUJS-Kolkata, NLSIU, Bangalore, NLU Delhi, NLU Jodhpur, GNLU Gandhinagar and NLIU- Bhopal are among the best colleges offering labour and employment Law. 

Other top tier law schools like Jindal, Sonepat and Symbiosis have also decent faculty. I will recommend you to do internship under lawyers in district or high courts dealing with the matters related to labour and employment law infri

The students those who have completed the 12th standard in any discipline are eligible to apply for the BA Political Science course. Distance or Correspondence degrees have been gaining lot of traction nowadays, but major missing with this mode of learning is practical exposure and live face to face as well as peer learning, major group participating activities which evolves values like Team Building Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

Admission Criteria for M.Ed.
1) Those who have done their B.Ed degree can pursue Master's Degree in Education.
2) Percentage of marks varies from institute to institute though 50-55% marks in B.Ed/B.El.Ed is the most common percentage.
3) The admission to the course is based on merit, the admission procedure and mode of selection may vary from university to university.
4) Some universities or states conduct their own entrance examination, to select deserving candidates.
Remember:
M.Ed Subjects are based on one's choice of stream in B.Ed. Depending on that one can specialize in that Subject.

Yes, you can definitely take admission in Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) course if you are not from arts stream.
