Personal Interview
TISSNET: It is an online aptitude exam and is divided in three sections (weightage is roughly equal for each section, though subject to change every year):
Quant: If you are already preparing for other management exams then you will find the Quantitative Aptitude questions to be fairly easy. However, if you are only aiming for TISSNET then I would suggest you to cover all Quant topics that are covered in management exams. You only need to practice low-medium level of difficulty questions.
Also, in 2016, the paper had some questions based on Data Interpretation, therefore, again I would suggest you to be well-versed with different types of questions in DI on the low-medium difficulty scale.
Verbal: Verbal section again is fairly easy. You need to have a decent command over the language to score full in this section. Be well-versed with basic Reading Comprehension passages.
General Knowledge: This is the make or break section in TISSNET. The GK is both current and static and covers areas ranging from economics to geography to politics. Therefore, your preparation on the subject should be thorough. I suggest you to do the following to prepare the section:
Read newspapers daily
Solve online GK questions covering all areas (The Aspirants Committee of HRM & LR, TISS Mumbai posts sample General Knowledge questions every alternate day on Facebook)
Be well versed with the new laws
Read up in detail about the government schemes

The cutoff is high (based on the difficulty level), therefore, aim at scoring full marks in Quantitative and Verbal section.
Personal Interview:
Personal Interview is the game changer for getting into the course. Therefore, lay a strong focus on its preparation.
This part of the answer is just to you give you a sense of the characteristics the interviewers might be looking for in a prospective HR student and will not jot down the entire half an hour interview because the questions can vary from person to person and the assessment criteria for the interview is confidential. So, there are no fixed questions and no questions that the coaching centers have prepared you for.

Follow the suggestions below:
Go and visit the campus at least for one day.
Get the model papers from the seniors or from the library of EFLU.
Establish friendship with the peer group in campus

Little bit of general knowledge is essential. You should have an idea about famous contemporary works in world literature (and, classics of course), names of renowned literary geniuses and their works (not necessarily the year of publication), nominees and recipients of literary prizes for e.g. IMPAC Dublin, Nobel, Orange, Booker, etc. This is a sure shot 10-20 mark, I guess.
When it comes to the language itself, as long as you are good at compositions, you are fine. There will be essays to write and paragraphs to summarize. Try and improve your vocabulary and sentence construction a bit. My advice would be to watch a lot of movies and TV shows and YouTube videos. Try it with subtitles if you prefer.

1) Professor - After competing BA in Political Science one can do MA in Political Science and apply for UGC NET ( National Eligibility Test) for assistant professor in any university across the country.
