CMA vs CIMA: An Overview
The CMA qualification is granted by the Institute of Management Accountants and is also known as IMA. CIMA stands for Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, is a designation which comes from the UK.
Membership and Network
Both qualifications were conventional since a long time, but CIMA has a much superior presence with 218K members and students. IMA has around 70,000 members.
Global Presence
In terms of global presence, CIMA conventionally has a more global presence and is well familiar in most places less so in the US but more so in the UK and Commonwealth countries. In current years, the CMA (now CPA) Canada and CMA Australia are getting more widespread in their respective countries so CIMA is disputably less sought after in these countries.
On the other hand, IMA has been vigorously building up its universal presence, remarkably in developing countries e.g. China and the Middle East. For now, CMA is well established in China and is head-to-head with CIMA in the Middle East.
At the same time, CIMA pairs up with AICPA to establish a new qualification known as CGMA. CIMA members can pretty much pay to get the new designation before 2015.

There isn't a superior or simpler qualification. As fellow reader Gunner pointed out in the comment section, while CMA may look easier with only two parts in the exam, it needs a Bachelor degree, vs a high school diploma in CIMA. Or looking at it the other way, as CIMA has a lower entry barrier, it has a more comprehensive exam with extra papers and time/effort in the preparation.
A more important consideration is where you would like to work in a longer term. This will help you select the qualification best suited in that region.

There are several parameters on which these two mentioned B-schools can be judged, and those parameters are:
1. Brand name - SIMSR scores ahead over SIMSREE.
2. Campus life - SIMSR is way ahead and probably offers the best among the B-schools located in and around Mumbai.
3. ROi - SIMSREE is the clear winner as it offers the second best ROI (after FMS, New Delhi) in India.
4. Placements - Both are at par; no significant difference. But considering the ROI, SIMSREE proves to be the clear winner.
5. Industrial exposure - Since both are located within Mumbai, they provide similar exposure.
6. Rankings - Though both belong to the same tier of B-schools, SIMSREE edges slightly ahead over SIMSR.
7. Admission criteria: SIMSREE has a lenient criteria as there are no interview rounds conducted, unlike SIMSR.
Bottom line: An aspirant should give serious consideration to both these B-schools and choose SIMSR (if not facing any money constraints).

In my opinion you should prefer JK Business School (JKBS) compared to Banaras Hindu University because JK Business School is a private college and it is an CSR of one of the leading companies i.e; JK group whereas Banaras Hindu University is a government college it will not provide you much exposure compared to JKBS. In recent times Banaras Hindu University was in news for some incident which later on turned into an political issue where as in JKBS you won't find any of these kinds of problems in the campus. Reading in JKBS will help to develop your existing skills as well as you can gain new skills which won't be possible in Banaras Hindu University. JKBS provides summer internship for all the graduation students during there summer break which help them to gain corporate knowledge and culture. Studying at JKBS can be beneficial as you get corporate exposure from the very 1st day of your college life at JKBS. The JKBS has experience faculty who are very good in teaching. The benefit you will get from JKBS is very vast as compared to BHU. JKBS organises CRC activity every year for its students so that the students can interact with the people of corporate world. This college also invites guest lectures from the corporate world such as Mr. Gagan Dewan from Microsoft. I think all this things are not provided in the BHU. The fees of JKBS is high as compared to BHU as the course fees is Rs 2,75,000 but the return on investment (ROI) will be much higher than once you complete your knowledge. The return on investment would be in the form of knowledge,skills and experience. The only demerit of studying at JKBS is that it is located on the outskirts of Gurugram. There is a very friendly environment in the campus all the seniors and the PGDM students are very friendly with there juniors and seniors they share a great bound with each other there is no kind discrimination. In JKBS ragging is totally illegal if any senior is found ragging a junior then he/she will be expelled from the college immediately so for any new admission you don't have to worry about ragging as no wil be ragging with you. Yes, there are multiple opportunities for successfully completed B.Com students. B.Com qualified graduates can go for government jobs like bank jobs, Railway, SSC jobs. They are also qualified to appear for Groups and Civils. There are various positions especially for Accounts and tax department in all these jobs like CAG in civil services.
There are positions like accounting officers, tax assistants for fresher's in all these sectors. They are eligible for bank clerical and PO's and for bank PO's (Probation officers), the percentage of marks in degree should be 60 or more to apply for the post.
Apart from all these jobs, they are also eligible for all other jobs for notifications are issued based on degree by central and state governments.
There are positions for B.Com graduates in defense also in Indian Accounting Defence Services which is responsible to maintain the accounts for defence, as a fresher B.Com graduates can join as assistant controller of accountants in IADS department.
