Yes, absolutely. You can do but not in ye field of Science and engineering you can definitely do in the management and commerce fields. But, if you would consider doing the management like MBA MMS then you will be able to get through the good career path. If you would consider doing MBA then you will be able to handle more complex task easily as you have the potential to grow.
So, consider doing MBA in any field of your interest:
Marketing
HR
Finance
Operation
Supply chain
IB
IT you can lead a life with full of your own career path.

There are several parameters on which these two mentioned B-schools can be judged, and those parameters are:
1. Brand name - SIMSR scores ahead over SIMSREE.
2. Campus life - SIMSR is way ahead and probably offers the best among the B-schools located in and around Mumbai.
3. ROi - SIMSREE is the clear winner as it offers the second best ROI (after FMS, New Delhi) in India.
4. Placements - Both are at par; no significant difference. But considering the ROI, SIMSREE proves to be the clear winner.
5. Industrial exposure - Since both are located within Mumbai, they provide similar exposure.

In my opinion you should prefer JK Business School (JKBS) compared to Banaras Hindu University because JK Business School is a private college and it is an CSR of one of the leading companies i.e; JK group whereas Banaras Hindu University is a government college it will not provide you much exposure compared to JKBS. In recent times Banaras Hindu University was in news for some incident which later on turned into an political issue where as in JKBS you won't find any of these kinds of problems in the campus. Yes, there are multiple opportunities for successfully completed B.Com students. B.Com qualified graduates can go for government jobs like bank jobs, Railway, SSC jobs. They are also qualified to appear for Groups and Civils. There are various positions especially for Accounts and tax department in all these jobs like CAG in civil services.
