B.Com (h) opens up accounting avenues. You can pursue CA along with it but then you will have to do a correspondence course as the new rule of DU does not allow regular B.Com (h) students to pursue CA too.
You must have heard about the Big4: KPMG, Delloit, E&Y, PwC. If you dream of working in these audit companies then this is the apt choice.
My personal advice would be to opt for a regular course if you are getting good colleges like SRCC,LSR or so. Believe me the experience you get there is unmatched and you will cherish it forever.

You don't have to mention anywhere that you did your M.Com in distance mode including your resume. People ask- what is your qualification, they don't bother about that how you

I have already explained in your previous query, that why is it better to choose Balaji Institute of Modern Management. Also, this it ranks among Top 5 colleges in Pune after SCHMRD AND SIBM. From MIT, if you give me a choice, I will go with Balaji Institute of Modern Management. If we discuss about placement parameters, both colleges clearly places students with Rs. 15 lakhs as highest salary offer by Amazon and average package comes under Rs.5,50,000. Nearly 95% of BIMM batch is placed. Wherein, the left out students are have their own family business.
MIT-SOB has not a good placement record. During 2015-17, only 60-70% are placed

While preparing for CAT, you are practicing Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical rezoning, Verbal ability and reading comprehension if I am not wrong. Similarly, SNAP is also a same pattern. Additional subject is General awareness. So, you additionally concentrate on General awareness subject.
Actually, CAT is for 300 marks and SNAP is for 180 marks. So, you can find easy in SNAP if you are well prepared for CAT.
All the best for your future.
