Hi,
I would personally not recommend pursuing Bachelor of Visual Arts in Applied Arts and Graphic Design from distance learning in India if you do not get any classes to do practicals. Graphic designing is all about practicals and industry awareness. You may surely pursue this course via distance mode if you are already practicing the same on the job. I would suggest you do "On the job" training if possible, and pursue the course simultaneously. Once you complete the course, you may join as the below-mentioned options:

Bachelors of Business Administration BBA is a management degree which teaches about how an organisation works and administration and how to handle the management. After your BBA, I can assure you that you can get a job in India. To get an internship or placement, only BBA degree won't help you because of huge competition as you are aware of it. Especially aboard, they mostly entertain MS students. So, if you want to get placed aboard, I would suggest that you pursue a postgraduate degree like MBA so you will be having an edge to get placed aboard.
