If you consider in teaching wise, each and every branch is excellent with their outstanding faculty. When you ask about placements in the respective branches, CSE is the one the major branch in terms of placement.

No, the scholarship is purely based on your board's score. It doesn't depend upon your performance in SNUSAT, anyways on the day of result, your rank in SNUSAT won't be revealed. Only your selection status will be given.

The very first thing, I would like to say, is each and every student getting seat into b.Tech will get some or the other scholarship. Coming to scholarship, try checking on the website www.snu.edu.in
Whereas, coming to the selection process, 50% marks in board exam + 50% marks in SNUSAT score is considered.
Whereas, for scholarships, it is purely based on your board's score.

You are not eligible for B.Tech, but don't worry you have many other courses in Shiv Nadar University, which are as good as B. Tech such as BA , B. Sc.

For the SNUSAT 2017, the syllabus is the same. Logical reasoning that you have learnt for the other exams such as BITSAT. And also, you might have learnt the logic ones in your schooling for exams.
Coming to Apt,
For B.Tech it is physics & mathematics that you have learnt from basic class 11th and 12th.
Trust me, there won't be any negative marking. So, as an experienced one I suggest you to attempt everything.

SNU has its own entrance exam called SNUSAT-APT. You'll have to fill that form and clear that entrance test to be eligible for admission in SNU.

SNU is no matter the best choice there. It's far better than SRM, NCR with respect to infrastructure, faculty, fee structure, mess and hostel facilities.

The SNUSAT-APT is a subjective online entrance exam, which tests your knowledge of class 11th and 12th. The English section asks you to write an essay in the paper so that you will have to type as it's an online exam. So, the essay part can be considered as subjective, rest every section of the paper is multiple choice questions.

I am in B.Tech EEE 3rd year, first I would like to clarify SNU offers EEE and ECE. The electrical faculty is till date the most effective and best faculty you'll come across in our school of engineering. If you have a genuine interest in EEE you should take it up then. As ours is a budding university, placements for EEE are few if compared to CSE department. But all in all the curriculum, course structure, and faculty is one of a kind in SNU.
Hostel facilities:
We are allotted spacious quad sharing room in the 1st year with a study desk, chair, almirah, bed and mattress to every student with clean common washrooms with 7 days housekeepi
