Both colleges are good but in my opinion BBD is a bit better in terms of placements. Since both colleges are in proximity they have a competition among themselves to attract more students. Hence, the average remains nearly the same.

Yes, obviously you are eligible for BCA. Any stream's student can take admission for BCA, if the student has scored at least 45% in class 12th.

There is no age limit for education. You can go for B.A bachelors of arts at any age. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training.
