I got 93 percentile in Mains and 6points in inter first year and 6.67 in second year. Is there any chance of getting an NIT seat. OBC

Your Mains percentile determines your admission and the board exam score is just an eligibility criterion. Since you belong to OBC, you need to have a minimum of 65 percent in boards.
