As i am a student of Hindustan university ,i don't know much about SRM. According to me Hindustan is a better option. it also depends on which field you are going to choose.
Hindustan is the best college for aeronautical engineering. It has good faculties and lab are well equipped. overall its a good college

You can get good branch in main campus

u got good srm rank but if u you are getting your favourite coruses in vit then go vit because it has low fee structure
